Soccer Hub, recently had the fantastic experience of participating in the prestigious Barcelona Cup in Spain (October 2023). They took 5 teams over two weekends and came away with memories to last a lifetime.
This youth football tournament is known for its wide range of teams from all over the world, but what truly made this trip unforgettable for Soccer Hub was the great facilities provided at the tournament hosts ‘Futbol Salou’ and the great accommodations at Cambrils Resort.
The Barcelona Cup is a well-organised event. The tournament took place in October, making it the perfect time for children to enjoy the lovely weather and vibrant atmosphere of Salou. Soccer Hub was represented by five teams in different age categories, allowing a wide range of players to be a part of this incredible opportunity. The accommodation provided for the teams was ideal, ensuring that the players were well-rested and comfortable throughout their stay.
All 5 teams gave their all throughout the weekend and have gained fantastic experience playing against multiple nationalities, a huge shoutout to the Soccer Hub U10 team (Soccer Hub Fc) that actually won their particular category/ tournament and also had the Overall Top Scorer in their category too!
‘Soccer Hub’ can’t wait to return to the Barcelona Cup in the future and once again experience the vibrant atmosphere, lovely weather, and perfect backdrop for the matches.
