The Gent Festival in Belgium caters for U16, U19, senior men’s and senior ladies teams typically from the UK, France, Italy, Germany and Holland over the Easter weekend. 

This popular event has been running since 1987 and sees the U19 competition take place on Easter Saturday and the U16 on Easter Sunday on the beautiful Blaarmeersen, a sports and leisure park, just a short distance from the centre of Ghent. The festival is also available to senior men and women’s teams (both 7-a-side and 15-a-side) for either one or two day tournaments.

Oceade Waterpark

Océade is a subtropical waterpark in Bruparck, Brussels offering a tropical climate and a temperature of 30° all year round. In the waterpark you can find the largest wave swimming pool in Belgium an aqua fun house, the fast flowing creek, the turbo waters, the geysers, jet streams, and and boasts the largest choice of slides in Belgium. There are also entertainment activities including Bridge of the apes, Climbing the waterfall.

Meet at school to load coach

Depart school by executive coach and transfer to Dover for ferry crossing

Arrive at Calais and transfer to accommodation

Evening meal at accommodation

Breakfast at accommodation

Enjoy the festivals ‘all you can eat’ BBQ

Optional excursion (ten-pin bowling, go-karting, crazy golf etc.)

Return to accommodation
